One night coming back from playing a gig on the Gold Coast, Bones had to catch a bus and ended up talking to a girl named Sarah and found out she had one hell of a story. She was on her way back to Brisbane to say goodbye to her daughter because she had been involved in some illegal activities and was on the run. She was a very beautiful and artists person so it inspired Bones to write a song for her and as soon as there paths parted he wrote all the lines that now fill this song.
lyrics
Oh Sarah why wont you hazel
Eyes ever see the light
Some Will say that beauty
Will always have its price to pay one day
Oh Sarah i could be the one to save you
if you'd only let me, just follow me down
Your life is insane running from the law
Just trying to get home and see your child
Then turn your self in because you think
That some how they'll go easier on you
Oh Sarah i could be the one to save you
If you'd only let me, just follow me down
Oh Sarah i could be the one to save you
If you'd only let me, just follow me down
